R\u00e9server 40 g de poudre de noisettes. Ajouter l\u2019huile dans le bol du mixeur, continuer de mixer pour obtenir une pur\u00e9e.<br>2 &#8211;  Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 195\u00b0C. D\u00e9poser le chocolat et le beurre dans un saladier au-dessus d\u2019un bain-marie puis laisser fondre. M\u00e9langer. Hors du feu, ajouter la pur\u00e9e de noisettes, m\u00e9langer. Ajouter ensuite les \u0153ufs et le sucre, fouetter le m\u00e9lange. Ajouter enfin la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, la poudre de noisettes et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br>3 &#8211; Verser l\u2019appareil dans des moules \u00e0 biscuit beurr\u00e9s, enfourner 8 minutes. Retourner dans les assiettes. Les couper en deux.
