Attention \u00e0 ne pas trop pousser la cuisson sinon le caramel devient am\u00e8re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toujours sur feu doux, ajouter le beurre demi-sel froid coup\u00e9 en morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le d\u00e9poser morceau par morceau afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les \u00e9claboussures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer \u00e9nergiquement \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<br>Une fois le m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re environ 40 secondes au micro-onde.
